| 本課程為生物資訊核心課程，共6天，於上午09:00-12:00授課，以初步接觸生物資訊者為教學對象，課程內容涵蓋生科實驗應用之相關生物資訊工具與軟體。包括介紹 bioinformatics, NCBI, SNP & EST, protein structure analysis, prediction, modeling, comparison, classification 及 pathways 等。 |

介紹本課程常用之生物資訊工具與相關使用說明。包括介紹蛋白質結構軟體(rasmol, pymol...), 結構網頁設計(chime, jmol), 蛋白質結構比對(VAST, CE, Swiss-PdbViewer)及 Docking tools 等。
